Distributor & Country Partners

Country and regional partnership, on written terms.

For businesses able to manage regional coverage, import, stock and channel development. Each partnership is shaped through a commercial and operational review, then confirmed in writing.

How territory actually works

Applying for a country does not reserve it. Territory, opening order, annual target and discount conditions are determined per market and confirmed in writing.

Exclusivity, where it is granted at all, comes only through a separate agreement carrying minimum performance obligations, a periodic review and termination terms. It never arises automatically from an application or a first order.

On resale pricing

We provide a recommended retail price to distributors. We do not operate a binding resale price policy without legal approval, because of EU competition law.

What we provide

  • Collection access including Master 60 project depth.
  • Sample books, swatch programme and display material.
  • Product, use class and care training.
  • Technical documentation and Performance Passports.
  • Approved brand materials and usage rules.
  • A named commercial contact and defined support process.

What we expect

  • Real import, stock and delivery capability in the territory.
  • A trained sales team that can explain the product and its limits.
  • Channel discipline, including no unauthorised marketplaces.
  • Regular pipeline, sales, stock and market feedback.

Assessment criteria
