Product and compliance information

Who makes it, what it is made of, what we are allowed to say about it, and what happens if something is wrong.

Manufacturer

Sorkunlu Tekstil San. Tic. A.Ş., Bozburun Mah. 7045 Sok. No: 35, Merkezefendi, Denizli, Türkiye. Contact: neffertini@sorkunlu.com.tr; telephone: +90 (258) 371 30 70. The importer or responsible economic operator, where required for a destination market, is identified in the quotation, online offer and order documentation for that market.

General product safety

For products offered to EU consumers, the product is clearly and traceably identified, and the required economic operator information is made accessible in the online offer, in line with the EU General Product Safety Regulation. Where a Türkiye-based manufacturer requires an EU responsible person or importer structure, that is put in place before the product is listed.

Textile labelling

Fibre composition is given in accordance with the EU Textile Labelling Regulation, in the language of the target country, and accompanies the product. "100% cotton" is verified with laboratory and supply data rather than asserted.

Chemical compliance

REACH and SVHC requirements and the harmful substances target are addressed per product. Certificate marks are shown only where the finished article falls inside a valid certificate scope, and always with the certificate holder, scope, product class, validity date and number.

Environmental claims

We do not rely on the assumption that cotton is automatically sustainable. Any environmental claim requires measurable data, a defined scope and a stated comparison method. Terms such as eco-friendly and non-toxic are not used at all.

Returns on fabric cut to length

Under EU consumer law there can be an exception to the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Whether fabric cut to a requested length falls inside that exception is confirmed by counsel per target country and stated clearly before purchase.

No exception removes the following, and we do not publish any absolute statement that cut fabric can never be returned:

  • Faulty goods.
  • The wrong product or the wrong length.
  • Goods that do not match the description or specification published.
  • Transit damage.

Duties, VAT and landed cost

Where possible, direct-to-consumer orders show duties, tax and delivery costs before payment. Customs documentation uses the correct product description, origin, value and tariff classification. The checkout and import-tax treatment are configured for the destination market and order value.

Payments

This website does not collect payment details. Samples, quotations and orders are handled directly by our team; the seller, currency, taxes, delivery charges, payment method and applicable order terms are identified before the customer accepts an order.

Claim substantiation

Every performance statement we publish carries its standard, report number and date, result, and the conditions under which it is valid — colour, base, recipe, care cycle and use class. The register is public.
