About this site
This site presents the NEFFERTINI brand, its collections and its professional programmes. Samples, quotations and order terms are supplied directly by our team.
Designs and intellectual property
The designs, artwork, photography, text and the NEFFERTINI name are protected. Collection artwork may not be reproduced, printed or used as the basis for a derivative design without written permission.
Trade portal content
- Trade pricing, quotations and technical files are provided for the account holder's own use.
- They are not to be published, shared outside the account or indexed.
- Portal pricing and files are excluded from search engine indexing.
- Unauthorised sharing is a breach of these terms and may end the account.
Accuracy of information
Specifications, weights and widths are nominal and are published together with the real tolerance. Screen colour is indicative; a physical swatch is the reference. Performance information is published only where an accredited result exists, and always with the conditions under which it is valid.
Applications create no entitlement
Trade accounts, showroom partnerships and distribution agreements are assessed separately. Territory protection or exclusivity applies only where it is included in a written agreement with defined performance and review terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in the visitor's country continue to apply.
