Accessibility
Our WCAG 2.2 AA target, the measures in place and how to report a barrier.
Our target
This site is designed towards WCAG 2.2 level AA, with regard to the European Accessibility Act. Accessibility is treated as part of design quality.
What is implemented
- A skip link to the main content, and a main landmark that receives focus.
- Full keyboard operation of the navigation, language menu, disclosures and forms, with Escape closing every panel.
- Visible focus indicators everywhere, never removed.
- Text and interface colours checked against the master palette for AA contrast; accent colours restricted to non-text or large-text use where they do not reach it.
- Real labels on every form field, help text wired through aria-describedby, and errors announced in words rather than signalled by colour alone.
- Interactive targets at least 44 px in each dimension.
- Wide tables scroll inside their own focusable container so the page never scrolls sideways.
- Non-essential motion disabled when the operating system requests reduced motion.
- A mobile layout designed in its own right rather than scaled down from desktop.
Ongoing assurance
- Keyboard, focus, responsive layout and image-loading checks are included in each release.
- Alternative text is reviewed whenever editorial or product imagery changes.
- Reported barriers are triaged as defects and prioritised by their effect on access.
- Third-party sales or payment services are assessed separately before they are linked.
Reporting a barrier
If anything here is hard to use, write to neffertini@sorkunlu.com.tr and tell us what happened, on which page, and with what browser or assistive technology. We treat it as a defect, not as feedback.
