What we collect and why

What we do not ask for
We do not request identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal data from applicants. If a field is not needed to assess an application, it is not on the form.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and project correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required for a contract or legal obligation.
- Declined or inactive professional applications: up to 2 years after the decision.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; suppression and consent records are retained to honour the request and demonstrate compliance.
- Consent-based analytics: no longer than 14 months when analytics is enabled.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host this site, run our CRM, send our email and process payments in the shop. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We operate from Türkiye and may serve customers in other countries. Where personal data crosses borders, we use the contractual and organisational safeguards required for the relevant transfer and limit access to service providers supporting the enquiry.
Your rights
- Access, rectification and erasure of your personal data.
- Restriction of and objection to processing.
- Data portability where applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Complaint to your supervisory authority.

Marketing
Privacy consent and marketing permission are separate, and neither is ever pre-ticked. Consent records are kept so they can be audited.
